I sent in a failed Delkin card for retrieval of footage and they sent me back JPEG images rather than video files. If you have a Delkin failure, make sure that you specify that they put video files in the case number. I had a long discussion with the rep. about what happened with the card, so it was clear that these were video files, but evidenlty they failed to communicate that to whomever did the retrieval.
