Better Top Handle?

Hey all! That FS700 top handle is a bit odd, and i wouldn't mind replacing it with something else. However, i don't really need a full cage or a top plate and all that.

Is there an inexpensive top handle that simply screws in to the existing holes? I've seen a couple, but they're close to or over $400 and i'm not sure i need to spend that much.

I think Zacuto has something. Wooden Camera makes a great top handle and you could get one of their Nato Rails to attach to the camera to then mount the handle. There's also the ShotGrip handle from Shooting Machine, the development of which was chronicled here on DVXuser:
