Better SLOW MO, and using FHD, HD, H & L settings as presets

How may people use the H & L resolution modes? could they be used as presets?

FHD, HD, H & L are, as far as I can see, just pre-sets for settings captured in the firmware and as we know these settings can be changed.
Would it be possible for these selections to be used as presets for any 4 different settings we would like to assign to them in Ptool?

i.e.:
FHD 1080p 40mbps native 25fps
HD 720p 100mbps native 25fps
H 720p 25mbps 100fps
L 720p 25mbps 100fps (where matadata allows playback at 25fps in camera)

The last two I made up but this brings me to my final question.

I love 1080p 40mbps looks great! but I love 720p 50fps for slow mo. I'd love to see how far we could increase the solw mo however. Could we also write the metadata to record at, say, 100fps but play back at 25fps. ie in-camera and on computer slow mo right out the camera.
I know it is easy to remux your footage on your computer but it would be nice to see what you just shot in slow motion on the camera. Wouldn't it?
Or is there a way getting the camera to offer a choise of playing back as shot or at 25fps or even at your choise of frame rate?

Anyway this sounds like a lot I'm asking but essentially I'm asking

1) Is it possible to re configure FHD,HD,H&L modes to be what ever we want them to be (I have never even contemplated using H or L modes)

2) Can we increase the FPS output from 720p greater than given on a PAL version at 50fps or an NTSC version 60fps to 100fps or beyond?

3) Can we record Slow mo with a 25fps playback set in the meta data for native slowmo playback in camera?
