Sony BetaSP kit,, JibOne Jib, Portabrace camera case For sale
PM me with your questions. Paypal only. Thanks!
1. Portabrace camera case: model BR-A CO50/B. I couldn't find specific info on it, but it appears very similar to their current carry-on line. This is foam padded and is lightweight, does not contain metal or rigid inserts except the bottom. Has external zippered pocket for a quick-release plate, and an external mesh pocket. No internal pockets. This is in excellent condition, practically new. No rips, tears, scuffs, or overt signs of wear. Great for cameras, expecially full-sized camcorders such as the HPX500. I've even fit an old dockable Sony BVW507 rig in it with no problems, but it is also useful for carrying lights, stingers, or other accessories. $120 including UPS ground shipping (CONUS).
2. Small 8 foot (total length) JibOne jib for lightweight prosumer camcorders. I bought it from a DVXuser, thinking I could put my HVX200 on it. I was not happy with the performance on a camera that heavy, but it would be just fine with something lighter. It features a tilt handle that can be optionally be locked off. Panning is accomplished only by swinging the jib, not by panning. You could probably mount a small head on the front bracket and operate from the front if you wanted to. It is very similar to the Tommyjib and Pro-Am jib; in fact I believe that it is probably assembled from the same parts, just by a different "manufacturer." Note: the pictured stand is NOT included! You can mount it to a tripod, or to a slightly modified DJ speaker stand that you can buy for $40 bucks at Guitar Center. http://www.guitarcenter.com/ProLine-Tripod-Speaker-Stand-101475861-i1168472.gc Like new (I never used except for testing),except for where I unsucessfully tried to drill a second hole at the camera end and left a dent (does not affect operation a bit.) ProAm and Tommyjib sell new for around $200 plus shipping, I paid $145, and I will sell for $100 including UPS ground shipping in the CONUS.
3. Broadcast Betacam SP, Sony dockable BVW507 (BVV50 deck and BVP7 head) with Fujinon PegasusII broadcast zoom lens. Includes camera, lens, AC power supply. Charger for Nicads only, and you can have four batteries that need recelling if you want. (it takes dual NP-1's which are readily available). This is a workhorse broadcast series BetaSP camera. Professionally maintained, lots of nicks and paint scratches but excellent working condition. 900 hours on head. Email for more details if you are interested. Bonus: Portabrace quick-draw case and Sony base plate. $1400 shipped or best reasonable offer. CONUS.
