Whole unit with everything including adapters.
Works but I can't get it to balance all of a sudden on my bmpcc.
The plexiglass in the back is broken since I've contacted the manufacturer about the issue.
There is still warranty on this until September or October though you'll have to send it in to Poland.
Customer service is great but the shipping is too high for me.
$550 + shipping or trade for a nebula 4000.
