Best YouTube Encode Settings For Premiere Pro DSLR Footage

Well, I just figured it out. It's my monitor. I plugged my monitor into my dads computer, played the video did the same thing. So I know it's just the monitor. It's a nice monitor: LG-23" Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD HD Monitor-Glossy Black-W2361VG-PF I think it has to do with the motion settings. There's a few different settings for motion. I'm going to mess around with them and I'll let you know if it fixes it!

Whatever you do, don't resort to using the YouTube presets. I've never been happy with the output.

Just FYI, for AME CS6 we updated all the h.264 YouTube presets (as well as those for assorted Android & Apple devices, Vimeo, and TiVo; we also added some for Nook and Kindle Fire devices, which are part of a package you can download from this page: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=160&platform=Macintosh). We worked directly with those companies and tailor the presets to their specifications. Please give them a try and let us know they give better results.
