Best workflow for mixed footage CS5

I'm on a PC using PPro CS5 and will be shooting with a HMC150, a canon 60d DSLR and a Canon Vixia HG20. Footage will be mixed but all shot at 1080 for TV broadcast and delivered in an SD format.

Whats the best workflow for this?

Normal NTSC DV sequence and shrink all the footage to fit the timeline?

Create an appropriate sequence for each type of footage and drop each sequence on a DV timeline?

Any suggestions?

All 3 cameras record using AVCHD dont they?

Therefor edit on a 1080p AVCHD timeline, export a master and then from that re-encode to SD.
