Best wide angle zoom

I was trying to put together a relatively cheap fs100 kit, but you know how the best laid plans of mice and men go. So I primarily work in documentary and I loved the 5d with the 24-70 2.8 lens. My goal is to be able to go as wide as possible but I also need a little range. I recently bought the sigma 17-50 2.8 which is producing a nice image, but I still would prefer it to be even wider. Any suggestions? Or curious what other people are using for there go to doc lens.

Tokina 11-16 will make a great addition to that 17-55mm
My kit
Tokina 11-16mm
Sigma's
30mm 1.4
50mm 1.4
24-70 2.8
70-200 2.8 all but one are Sigma's... There great lens aren't they. Wish I had figured that out when i was still using my 7D could have saved a bunch of scrilla

+1 Love the Sigmas. I have the 24-70 and 70-200. Great look and performance, lots of mount choices. When lens shopping I spend hours looking at tagged flickr pictures from potential lenses and staring at the bokeh and aperture rendering, but I always seem to come back to the Sigmas even often over Zeiss. And the price doesn't hurt!

But back on topic, Tokina 11-16mm for a wide is hard to beat, wish I had more opportunities to use mine since I'm on my 24-70 90% of the time, but when you need the wide, the Tokina does a great job.

Thanks, looking into buying the 11-16 next. Does the 70-200 2.8 way a ton? Or do you feel comfortable with it on your camera with out rails?
