Best WebSite for Camcorders

Hi, i'm looking to get another camera, and there are so many sites out thre. I just want to know where you guys go for low prices when your were shopping for a cam. thanks! I want to get a good price for a Canon XL-H1 or another JVC GY-HD110. I am also looking at the Canon XH-G1, but i need to find a good site to do my shopping on.

B&H is ok, but i ve been there so many times in person and have been so rudely treated that i dont shop there anymore.

I am an Abel Cinetech boy now. Or EVS, or SpeccCOM. they are good too.

B&H is number 1 the reason they get grumpy or act rude is because they get alot of people in there just looking, and that gets old. There prices are good and there shipping is fast plus theres no sales tax and if you get a good size order like of 3000 dollars you can call up and get even better deal on shipping my shipping on an order that was 5,800 was 80 bucks and 3-5 day I called up asked for a better deal and they gave me 2day for 25 bucks

I dont care, i was about to drop $20,000 in their store. they better at least be nice to me.

i went to abel, the sales rep came out shook my hand and said welcome, "what can we do for you?"

that was before he know i was gonna drop on gear what is for some peple a years pay. ( not my money, corporate money, for a shoot,)

If you know what you want, B&H is an excellent place to shop at. If you aren't sure what you want, and wanna ask questions about products and chit chat, then it's not the place for you. Either in person or on phone.
I've been there once in person a long time ago, it's gigantic and they have everything there. It's as big as like a Walmart, Target or such.
They even have conveyer belts in the shipping dept.

i didn't realize they were jewish. well that pretty much explains why that guy got all annoyed at me when i asked him where the best place in ny was to get a barbecued pork sandwich.

B&H is great when you're in a rush and know exactly what you want. The salespeople are definitely like grumpy uncles, but that's part of the charm.

Wouldn't it be weird if you bought a HVX200 there and saw it up on that conveyer belt going to the pickup area?

This is a shot of the checkout area. In the background are the 14 checkouts where you only pay. There are nine for credit cards (behind column 26), and five for cash (behind column 27). Above is the conveyor that transports what you bought to the pick up area. And to the right is where you pick up the merchandise after you pay for it. You can see more detail if you click on the web size picture.
