I have read Barry's amazing book (great DVD too!!) and he addresses this. I have a shoot coming up on Tuesday where I will be using two DVX100a's. I will want to synch there time code between the two cameras which will not be able to be within cable length of each other is it best to put them both in record run, set to the same timecode (I would have camera "1" set to 01:00:00:00, and camera "2" set to 02:00:00:00, for me the hour isn't important it just referes to the camera) and use the remote control to have them both roll at the same time?
