best way to shoot with FS700 and Odyssey 7Q

In around 10 days I'll have to shoot with this combo..the best choice for me would be a 4K prores..but at this time doesn't exist..
Anyway... I have to shoot a commercial for 3 days. I know that I'll convert all in prores 4444 in order to edit with FCP.
Which is the best way for record and transcode the footage?
DNG raw raw from odyssey-- conversion with da vinci resolve.. and edit?
(there is a guide or the setting for a correct workflow on this forum?)

There are lots of how-to's on this forum for transcoding 7Q's cDNGs in Resolve. This is my workflow, except I edit with PP.
