best way to export 16x9

I'm using CS3. What's the best way to export native 16x9???
When I use a CS3 preset I always have to streatch it to get it 16x9 when watching it.
I want to create a .mov that is TRUE 16x9.
Is this possible???
 
I'm exporting to QT h.264.
I'm just wondering if I can export a file that is true 16x9 so I won't have to mess with the aspect ratio.
I found that I can get this, but with bars on the top and bottom.
This will be just for watching on the computer. Not for TV

Am I asking to much?
