What is the best way to delete a complete project in Avid? And not even dealing with consolidating. Just want to wipe out everything from project folder, to media, to bins, sequences, titles, etc.

While in the project, go to the MediaTool and display all file types on all drives. While in the Media Tool, sort by Project. Select all and delete. Once that is done, go to the Avid Project folder and delete project. Same for Attic.

Also note, If you want to delete everything you can just go into where the project folder is and delete it in Windows. But, I'd advise you to simply back it up onto another storage device (the bins at least) because you never know when you'll need to go back to a project and re-work something.

After is safely backed up, you can then delete it.

The drastic way to delete is to erase the OMFI Mediafile folder, but make sure you know what you do before doing this operation, because you can't recover after it.
