Best Slow Motion settings for D800

Does anyone know how they want to set their D800 for Slow Motion shots? I just got mine and I played with 60fps at 720 with FCP and through a Twixtor filter on it. It looked cool enough but I haven't figured out how to work the shutter speed to sharping things up a bit ( I just got the camera last night ).

if you're going to use twixtor, use very fast shutter (at least 1/250) - if you're going to leave it at 60p conformed to 24p, use 1/120 shutter (or something close to that that doesn't give you artificial-light-flickering issues)

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. This is my first DSLR after years of EX1's and HVX's so the universe is backwards for me. But still enjoying the process immensely.
