Best Shoulder Rig to Tripod Solution???

Hello FS100 Community-
I've been shooting with my FS100 on a monopod and absolutely LOVE the camera, but I've run into some issues and could use some advice.

My problem:
When I need to go from Monopod to tripod I have to unclick it off the Manfrotto quick release and onto my Sacthler FSB-4 tripod, not without first unscrewing off the Manfrotto base plate for the Sachtler. I'm interested in investing a shoulder rig but need something that can go from shoulder rig, to monopod, to Sachtler tripod in one motion.

Can anyone recommend:

1 - A shoulder rig best suited for the FS100
2- A quick release system that would work for all 3 applications
3- A quick release that would work with my monopod to Sachtler tripod

Any advice and photos of your setups would be greatly appreciated.

i think the cheapest solution would be to get one of these Manfrotto QR adapters http://www.amazon.com/Manfrotto-357...VDLG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1322507345&sr=8-3 and just leave it permanently attached to the Sachtler.

I have like ten of those that i use for everything, monopod, tripod, shoulder rig, glidecam stuff, etc. so i can go from any configuration to another in seconds.

I use the RedRock Micro shoulder pad which has an integrated plate at the bottom that is compatible with the Manfrotto QR systems like the one i linked. You could also add any other plate to the bottom which has a 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes.

I use this system and go from shoulder configuration to the tripod in a second.
