Best settings for...

I'm going to begin shooting Customer support videos and was going for this look...http://www.apple.com/ipad/#video...I've got a nice white background and was aiming to get the best quality possible. With that said, I'm wondering what I should do in terms of Settings to get great skin color/tone and that nice crisp white background.

That video is really slick looking, they could be just cutting the guys out and inserting a white background but I'm not sure.

Thanks!

Nigel

My lighting includes a 1k/2k softbox, 2 650 arris+2 350's as well and two 250 lowells.

I had trouble playing one of those videos, and didn't try the other, but what I did see sure looks like chroma-key. Personally, I think just using the camera's default settings looks pretty dang good, but you tweak settings to get a different look if it pleases you better. Just be sure to white balance properly, and you should be fine.

sounds like you've got plenty of lighting at your disposal. I don't think you'll have any problem getting great looking talking head shots. Hook up a good external monitor to your camera, find someone patient to be a test model for you, and play with the settings until you get the look you want.

Yeah, I've yet to officially set up and test yet...but was more inclined to getting any suggestions on scene type, detail and such, but yea I'll go through that this weekend.

Thanks though!
