Best settings for web posting?

I have to shoot a short kitchen recipe thing for a food web with the HMC40,
Would you recommend any specific settings for this shoot? (obviously a ton of light) but as for shooting mode will 1080 make a huge difference than 720 if on the net?
what would you do?

Cheers!

We shoot stuff everyday for the web and even though its down-rezzed to 720x400 we still shoot in 1080. It gives us a larger latitude for modifying the framing of the clip in post. Since most of what we do is green-screen, having the ability to increase the size of the video while still being at only 80% of the full size, we don't get any bad artifacting because we are not creating new pixels by zooming in past 100%

I've read somewhere on this board that 1080 for sure but for web broadcast, 24/25fps is better than 60/50
Do you agree?

Here comes an important question!

The other camera we have is a Sony FX1 that only shoots 1080 60i

Meaning we should shoot all in that mode

Will it be terrible for web??
