Best settings for strobe effect time-lapse FS700

A strobe effect refers blinking light due to change in exposure. I don't think that's exactly what you meant.

No sorry, I meant the motion blur light streams from moving cars for example.I set it wit S&Q on 1 fps and 1 shutter. The recording is going to be at night till noon, so a lot of changes in light. I will be shooting trucks leaving a company to go to clients. So any tips for that?

Yup, I would start with 1fps, 1 second shutter, auto db/ISO to get the light streaks. You can watch how fast the trucks are moving and adjust the shutter to determine the length of the light streaks. But in order to shoot a continuous timelapse from night time to noon (non-stop), you need a DSLR. FS700 just isn't flexible enough to pull that off.
