best settings for postproduction?

Here the big question that would be good if I could get some info on.

What settings should I have if I want as much controll as possible in the post production process?
 
I lowered the chroma because of the red sometimea got blown out at chroma 0
But I think detail -7 would be great because of turning down/off in camera sharpening.
