Best settings for green screen??

I am shooting at 1080i/30fps and lately I've been getting some noise, even when I open up the iris and mess around with the filter and gain. The hair and clothing are the noisiest. Can someone tell me exactly what setting is the best for the HVX200 for green screen? I want to get the least noisy shot as possible. I know lighting is a big factor, but considering my lighting is set up right, what settings on the camera should it be on? Also should I have it on F5, F6, or something else? Thanks!

Don't overlight your greenscreen. It should be at about 60%, whereas your subject should be 70%-100%. Lighting your subject brighter should help with much of the noise.

I've pulled some great keys shooting at 1080i/24pA...Cinelike_V, Norm Color Matrix...zeros on everything else.

Use DvMatte Pro.

Most people will overlight the greenscreen as David mentioned. Bluescreen will absorb most light, but green has a lot of white in it and reflects back. You could light a greenscreen with a flashlight and still pull a good key. If you have enough space to separate the subject from the screen (to minimize splash back of the reflected green), you can put Rosco green filters on the screen lights to really give the green a pop...but keep the subject far away from those green lights.
