Best Settings For Film Out? Dvx-100 "a" And "b"

HI.

I just got hired to shoot a feature doc and we're using the DVX-100"A" , "B" and perhaps the HVX-200 (tape) as well.

I wonder if anyone has real world experience in transferring footage shot on the DVX to Film. I'm looking for a list of settings that will work best with CRT transfer or Arri Laser transfer.

I found this website... "Swiss Effects", apparently they specialize in this process.

Definitely use the search function. You have to dig a little but there's some really valuable information in these parts.
 
Follow the advice of whatever transfer house you'll be using. Other than that, just shoot good footage, and color correct on a calibrated display. The transfer houses can do a good job of accurately getting your video to film, but if the video isn't color corrceted right, you might not get what you expect.
