I'm trying to decrease the grain on the Letus. Sometimes it will look fine until I do some CC, and then the grain is far more noticeable. Does anyone know how to decrease this? I understand I probably won't get rid of all grain, but it would be nice to get rid of it more.

Grain is fine, but I would prefer it to be a creative decision to have grain or not.
 
You could try go down to -4, I shot with DVX100AE and what I know the A cam is the grainiest of them al. So try bring that down a bit and test a few times.
