Best SD cards?

I would like to know what are the best (or among the best) SD cards to use with the HMC150.
I'll be frequently shooting long events, and also be shooting 720/60p. I'll gladly pay more for panasonic cards if they are safer but Im not sure which ones.
And what's 2nd best in case I get in a bind and have to buy some locally from best buy or walmart?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Firehawk

I used Transcend Class 6 16GB for nearly two years without an issue and then got a good offer on Sandisk Class 10 Extreme but the 45mbps ones (you can also get the ones marked HD Video and they are 30 mbps) Both have been faultless over the last 100 hours on both cameras without any failures....Whatever cards you get just make sure you don't get eBay fakes!! I get mine on eBay but a good supplier and you can also check serial numbers on the Manufacturers website to make sure they are genuine!

SDXC Sandisk Extreme - Class 10 - 45Mb/s

Take a 64Gb, they have fast transfer rates when you dump your card into your computer.

Cheers.

I have a Sandisk 64GB, it records and i can see the clips when i play in camera, but when i try to use a reader, it refuses to mount when connected to a computer. I cannot also mount directly from the camera to computer. Can someone help me solve this problem.

No, the HMC-150 can ONLY use SD and SDHC cards, which means that you are limited to a maximum 32 GB card size. This means a little over 3 hours of footage when shooting at the maximum data rate of the HMC-150 camera.

As for best SDHC card, I would recommend the Patriot EP 32GB SDHC Class 10 cards, which can be bought for $30 or less.

Patriot EP Series 32GB SDHC Card : $29 at NewEgg.com

Sorry guys but i failed to point that i tested the card only in my AC130 and GH2 but not the HMC151, now i tried it in the HMC151 and it is true that i does not even record in HMC151. But could could anyone know why the AC130 and GH2 recordings are not recognized?
