That's a tough question without more info about the location. Shooting indoors, outdoors, type of light, etc..
Besides that, reducing the sharpness helps to give the shots those "dreamy" wedding feeling.
Any reason 30p and not 24p?
Btw - I've done two weddings now using 30p and the results have looked fine.

If it's outside, it almost sure you'll need the ND Filter.
If it was my wedding, I would go with 24P instead of 30P.
There is no typical setting for weeding and others setting for other scene. Each person has his own style and this is why the cinematography of a movie is better than another one. Just try to play with the setting and see what you like the most and shoot!
