What would be the best rod and lens support system to get for the AF100 that would allow me to safely attach heavy lenses like the 70-200mm to my AF100???

I have these products and they're excellent build and at an affordable price point. Ther are a few RR parts for sale in the DVXuser market place that might help save a little more.

i've buy this item : The Zacuto Mini Baseplate (Z-M-UB)
it's well made and lighter than the Zacuto Universal Baseplate (Z-UB3).
The Mini Baseplate mounts to the camera with a 1/4 20" screw and a locking pin and it attaches to the tripod plate with both 3/8 16" and 1/4 20" screws. The Mini Baseplate has up and down as well as side to side adjustments, allowing it to align all cameras with various matte boxes and follow focus units. The Mini Baseplate is supplied with 12in female/female threaded rods.
if you want to perfectly screw with 3/8 and 1/4 on your camera, you'll need to fabric a 3/8 on the base plate to fix your AF101 perfectly, it works well if you cannot do it with the 1/4 and the locking pin too !

I don't know which one the "best" one is, as there's got to be several dozen systems on the market. I will say that I have a couple of the Redrock units and I like 'em.
