Best record-settings for PAL 625 line, 50 field 16:9?

Hi

I´m about to make some commercials for TV2 Denmark.
They want all material delivered in PAL 625 line, 50 field 16:9 (anamorphisk) format.
Wich record settings would be the best for the HMC 151E to get the best and most nice and crisp picture/sound? I will be editting in Premiere Pro CS5 - material must be delivered on Digital Betacam, IMX or Betacam SP.
I have no experience making things for TV yet - have mainly been making things for DVD and Web. Any help appreciated. Thx in advance.

PAL 625 lines, 50 fields is standard European PAL, so what ever you have been doing to DVD (PAL) should be fine.
