I was just wondering how I could edit and render GH13 AVCHD files in Final Cut Pro and achieve the best quality possible?

You can either go to File > Export > QuickTimeMovie, and then send that file to Compressor if you need it smaller.
Or
File > Export > Quicktime Conversion > Format: MPEG-4 > Options > File format: MP4 (Not ISMA) > Video Format: H.264 > Data Rate: (whatever your data rate is... probably at least 13000 for 1920x1080 > adjust image size > frame rate > custom (if you want 23.97) > Key Frame automatic > Video Options >Encoding Mode: Best...
I usually do the second method here if I'm sending personal stuff to the internet. My job has me do the first method... but I use an EX3 at work, not a Gh13.
