Dont have time to yammer. i need a camera by the end of the week. I found an hvx200 on craigslist for 1500 bucks. it also comes with the FS-100 which is something i require.
The catch is the zoom toggle is broken. Either the switch or the servo motor is broken. Manual zoom still works and i never zoom while recording anyway so it isnt a huge deal for me.
67 hours on the camera. What do u guys think of that price? Yes i could get a 7d bla bla bla, no i need professional inputs and outputs. I especially need xlr inputs. I dont know if the seller is up for bargaining at all so il have to see.
For that price it looks like a good camera to me, if it turns out to be crap il have a budget of around 3000 to find something newer. I dont want to spend more money because the Red scarlet will be released the day after i buy a new cam (if u know what i mean)
