Best place for RAM for MacPro?

I'm looking to add 4GB RAM to a MacPro. Crucial.com price is $395. Macsales.com (aka Other World Computing) is $249. Is there any reason NOT to go with the lower price? Macsales does have some negative feedback over at Resellerratings.com...

Also what brand of internal hard drives do you guys like? Seagate? Hitachi? Does it matter? I'm looking for 750GB.

OWC or Newegg. I've got RAM from OWC, and had to replace it before. Thier customer service is OK, but their products are sometimes eh. Oh yeah and check zipzoomfly.
