best pl mount adapter-support for af 100

Hi,

I am looking into investing into a pl mount adapter, baseplate for the af 100...any suggestions...a couple of people have said that hot rod pl mount would be the way to go...on the other hand the mtf adapter pl mount seems also a good option http://www.mtfservices.com/home.htm...age.tpl&product_id=99&category_id=2....anyone has any suggestion which way to go and why? does hot rod have a european distribution?

is there anything special that we have to attentive to when buying a pl mount adapter for the af-100...the gap in price is huge...so far I have found 3 companies that make this adapter novoflex, mtf and hotrod, what would be the best price performance way to go...I intend to use all kind of different pl mount lenses from zeiss to red...how is the back focus issue solved...is it working properly on all 3 of these available options? I have to place an order by monday and decide which one is the best...so if you have any info please let me know...thanks

That adapter you mentioned has no rod support on it, so I wouldn't choose it for any heavy lenses.

maybe you did not look closely enough, at the bottom of the add, there is support. i have the hotrod one, it's great, but this one looks good too, and, i think it's cheaper.

I intend to use the zacuto v3 universal baseplate with this setup...what do you think how does this hold against hot rod pl mount?
