I have used youtube for my video hosting site and realize that there are better ways to upload your video without loosing soo much quality. Can someone please tell me the best workflow to upload to you tube. I have been using quicktime compressor and then uploading to youtube with best quality button selected. I still have to use youtube for these next few projects but I was also wondering:

What are some of the best sites you like to host your online media?

Yeah, I like Blip.tv - you can use FTP to upload! the max is 1GB and if you convert your .mov to a .flv it goes up really quick!

Vimeo is good, but it takes forever and has a 500 MB limit per week.

Youtube, I THINK, is getting better... God knows its about time... I have given up on it at this point.
