Best Noise Reduction software / techniques

Heya,

I just picked up a Canon 7d and am looking to find some good denoising solutions for low light shots. I'm unfamiliar with what the professional techniques / plugins / software is. I've used Neatvideo before on video, and I know they have a still counterpart. Is that better than Adobe Raw noise reduction? I've also looked at some photoshop techniques at denoising (such as going to Lab Color and blurring the noisy channels.)

Advice would be much appreciated!

virtualdub "static noise reduction" and "camcorder color denoise" plugins for color correcting or better chroma keying, theres more but these are best for me

Nothing better than Neat Video

I like Red Giant Magic Bullet Denoiser better than Neat video. Neat video seems a little plasticy. Id have to copy the clip at 50% opacity to get it to look the way I want. Denoiser has a slider to determine how much of the effect gets applied (built into the addon), and depending on the clip it can be 10-50%.

It's part of the Magic bullet suite, but not included in Looks.
You can buy Denoiser separately anyway.
