best nikon glass on a 5dm2/for a short film/

my freind has 15 older manual focus nikon lenses i can use on my 5dm2, shooting a short, mostly night night shots and dark inside shots, 70`s genre film yet shot in a dark edgy dirty vibe...which older nikon lenses have u used that would look good for this project,,,im gonna shoot on all lenses anyway to test the lense look. just wanna get some insight first
 
anything at or below f 1.8 will serve you well, keeping in mind it's a fight to keep focus with the lens opened up that much. It will look beautiful though...

You really need at a minimum three primes to get good looks and nice edits.....

something on the wide side- say a 20mm, a 24mm or even a 35mm would do, a 50mm and an 85mm - you could certainly use other lenses to get the shots you want, but with three in and around those lengths you'll be good to go.

I flat out LOVE the way the old Nikons look on these cameras.. good luck!
