Best method/product to clean LCD?

Hi,
I have tried cleaning the Flip-out LCD with everything from Rosco lens cleaner to hoodwipes and there are still annoying "smudges" on the screen. I am not sure if it's from the anti-reflective coating being rubbed off by someone (no names mentioned :-)
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to clean the screen? Has anyone else had this problem? Our other DVXs don't have this problem.
Thanks for any help,

Brian

You might try Pledge for Electronics, if you can find it. It's a non-wax, non-oil, non-ammonia formula that works pretty well. Last time I bought it I found it at Office Depot. The stuff that's supposed to clean PC monitors just makes a mess. Apply it to a soft cloth, not directly to the LCD.

I just did a BIG search to answer the same question a few weeks ago. I found "iKlear" to be the best choice. Apple says it is the ONLY brand of cleaner that they approve for their LCD's. You can buy .99 cent individual package wipes or a package deal with wipes and spray bottle. I bought the wipes and they work very well- I'm very pleased.

Look here:

Good Luck!
