Best live event/wedding lens for me to get... Olympus 12mm m4/3?

I've got af100 and an Olympus 14-54 2.4-35 and a 50mm manual Minolta vintage and a good manual vintage 85mm.


Need a good run and gun AF lens, and something a little wider might be nice. Thoughts on dropping $800 for this lens locally, or might there be a better choice for me (consider my other Olympus 12mm-54mm).



I have a wedding that got booked last second for tomorrow and don't have time to rent because nowhere locally (Portland) seems to rent m4/3

What lens(es) did you end up using? I'm also in Portland and shoot m4/3 on a GH2.

I use gh2 with oly 12mm on stabilizer to great effect. Light, high quality, and even gives dof effect.
