EVA1: Best lens mount to choose for Panasonic Cinema series cams

I'm looking into buying high quality long-term cinema zoom and prime lens. They're not cheap and want the investment to last at least a decade or more. But the cam market is constantly changing and evolving. M 4/3 lenses from the GH1-5 seres released many years ago, then the EF mount from the VC-LT. EF is Canon. But need to use Cooke, Fujinon and Zeiss for specialized looks that Canon can't deliver. Then came the L-mount on the S1H. Who knows what the next mount will be in the next 5 years. Is it safe to use PL mount on all of these Panasonic Cinema series cameras w/ adaptors (VC-35, LT, EVA, S1H)?

Of course. PL will be a major lens mount standard for many years to come. There’s too many lenses on the market for it not to.

I cannot speak for other territories, but in the US our policy is straightforward. If you have a warranty repair that has nothing to do with the lens mount then we will fix it under warranty. If your repair is associated with switching the mounts then we will repair but we will charge you for it.

Here’s the official policy statement I wrote on the matter from our website.
