What bag (preferably Kata) has proven to be optimal for the FS100 plus a few small/middle sized lens?

Opinions welcome!

I have kata cc-193 . It is too small if you want to fit a few lens + battery . I will upload some photos ,later . The best way is just go to shop and check everything yourself .

Hi,

I've got a large Kata backpack already, so I guess I'll go with a bag - just trying to choose between CC-193 and 195. Your pictures of the 193 with the FS100 plus stuff would help :)

Thanks for the pics; indeed the CC-193 looks just enough for a rather basic configuration of an FS100 system... I'm considering the CC-195, or do you think I'd do with the largest CC-197, if I'd like to carry the FS100 on rails, some 5 lenses, and of course batteries/cables?

Kata cc-193 is very solid and you might to fit a few small lens . But if you have a few battery ,led lamp , filters , it might be too small and much better is consider to buy cc-195 . As far as I know models cc193-195 has extra black (harden) which goes around bag . You can see it on the photos

I have no clue . It is hard to say . As I said before , the best idea is just to go shop , of course if you have chance .

I have one of those long kata bags for an EX1 but for the 100 i've an OC84 (i think) case like bag which i find more useful. I'm able to fit my rigged 100 (with the trusmt base plate and rods) and various bits and pieces, even some lenses although i'm probably going to get a pelicase for the lenses separately.

It fits in airline lockers too.

Ive got the Kata OMB-77 for sale. Great bag. Camera, laptop, batteries, accessories. I even can put a couple Pro lights in there with stands for small interview shoots.
PM if your interested :)

I have the OMB-77 that John is selling. It's a large bag, but it's the best bag I've ever owned. I can fit my FS-100 on rails, 8 lenses, shotguns and lav's, headphones, montior and even a 30" reflector in there. It's the only bag I need. All my camera gear is in one place, then I have separate bags/cases for lights, support, etc. Something to look into if you need to carry around a lot of gear by yourself. But it's not lo-key by any means
