Best image stabilized lens (for video)

I'm currently shooting on a Panasonic GH4 and using the Panasonic 100-300mm and hear that the Canon lenses have better image stabilization. So what lenses (Canon/Sigma/Tamron etc) out there reach around 300mm (so no-go to the 70-200mm unfortunately) and have fantastic image stabilization? Ideally I don't want some huge and insanely expensive lens like the Canon 200-400 F4L either.

There are many long lenses out there but best IS and imahe quality at a low price, Absolutely the Canon 100-400mm L IS II if you can afford it. No contest available for that lens at that price. One of the products that show off Canons lens-manufacturing capability.

The older version (Push and Pull zoom) is around 1600$ and the brand new version is around 2000$, it has much better image stabilization than the older version (Canon's latest and best IS). It's a white L lens, so an absolute tank, and will cover larger formats up to fullframe, a very reassuring future-proof investment.

If I need a long telephoto, that would be my only choice, unless I need a faster 2.8 lens in which case I'd have to go with 10K$ lenses.
