Any recommendations? I see the Pelican 1620 but it's 25lbs by itself. Anyone have a good experience with another solution?

I went through this trying to get cases for quad biax units, which are sort of like 2 large pizza boxes glued end to end as far as their shape goes.
I tend to get on eBay and do searches for pelican, wheeled case, military case, hardigg, etc. (and click the "used" button). Do that once or twice a month if you need cases, you'll find an amazing range of stuff and some of it very affordable. My main camera case is a custom-made view camera case with wheels and handle. It's a gorgeous $600 case I got for $100, it's truly one of my favorite things.
Also, think of other things that have the shape of any oddball stuff you need a case for - for big, flat flo units, I ended up looking at a lot of live-sound mixer cases.
Cases make me very very happy for some reason...
