For interiors your Panasonic 7-14mm would be perfect except for the fact it's an f4 and may be too slow. I'm planing on using my Blackbird for Steady Cam Real-Estate walk throughs. I think this combination may work for me.
A Metabones Nikon G to Micro Four Thirds Speed Booster combined with a Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 Lens. The Metabones will make that lens quite a bit wider and faster. If anyone has used this combination their comments will be appreciated.
Do you not lose image stabilization with this method?
I shot some interior photos with the 7-14mm yesterday. During the daytime in a well-lit rooms, I could get by with 4/4 and iso at 200-500. I imagine most of your walk-throughs would be during the day and/or using some additional light boxes.
The fastest autofocus wide prime I have is the Oly 17mm. It would be fast enough, but I'm not sure it is wide enough for most interior real estate work.
I have used the 7-14mm in some low-light conditions and really have to bump up ISO. I bought the NeatVideo plugin last night just to try to use some of the more dramatic low-light footage with grain. The good thing is that outdoor daylight shots work great with this lens.
