I've had my hackable GH-1 for about a year and have done little filiming, mostly photo. I will be traveling the desert with a group-- taking shots in Chaco Canyon, Bandelier, Chimayo and Abiquiu.
Basically, rocks, brush and people-- some low light dawn, dusk and campfires.
All I have now to edit on is Imovie through I will buy the new FCP. I have 1 Class 10 card and several Class 6.
Please give me feedback on the following:
1) What 1080p hack would you suggest?
2) What 720p hack would you suggest?
3) Where is the best link on the site for the current steps for the using new PTools? I need to do it tonight and will have one shot to execute the hack
4) I have never graded, but assume the new FCP will have that feature. What image settings ( sharpness, wb, etc. would you suggest?
