hi all,
just wondering what the general feel is regarding the best format to render footage that will be uploaded to youtube?
i normally record in PH 1080 25p and then once its edited i render it as a 1280 x 720 wmv and then upload to youtube. im happy with the results this gives me but was just wondering if there is a better method?
ive been experimenting with rendering the same clip in various formats but cant really see a great deal of difference once uploaded.
i did see a slightly better picture when uploading as a H.264 AVC but rather strangely, for some reason it becomes doubled in length???? ive read that this is because of interlacing, but if i record in 1080 25p or 1280 x 720 60p / 25p and then also render it as progressive then it wouldnt be interlaced.........would it?
cheers,
scott
