Best Export Settings for Web with 5D mark ii?

So I put a trailer for a short I shot on the 5D on Vimeo. I exported 1280x720, restricted data rate to 3000 kbits/sec. Once I sent the link out to some friends, they responded by saying that they playback was really choppy. Anything I'm missing? Should I be exporting 640x360?

Trying to reupload with better settings as soon as possible.
 
Your upload is good, plays well on MacBook Pro. Tell them to let it buffer by playing all they way and then play again:happy:
