Best export option

How do I go about getting a good quality export with FCP 3? I also have Cleaner 6.

It truly depends what you're delivering to; web, broadcast, DVD, etc.  Please clarify what you're intending to do with your finished product.

I personally prefer Cleaner over Compressor. Although it's kinda comfortable to export directly from the timeline to compressor.
Don't like either program's presets, so do a little testing.

I'm a SV3 fan (sorenson), so I'd go with that. MP4 very popular too.
