Best Export for Web (youtube)

I have been using FCP here and there but nothing too serious. I finally have some great footage and im going to cut a 2-3 min video for youtube. I converted from DVD to .mov using AIC and imported into a DV ntsc timeline, 4:3, 29.97 fps. Once im done and ready to export what export method and settings should i use to give me the best web quality. Please share what works best for you.

Instead of using the DVD demuxed footage, use the original great footage you shot.

You will have gone through at least one demuxing, and three compression sequences otherwise.

This is the same stuff i got from the whiskey... Where all i got is the DVD footage. It looks good for converted footage though...
