Best dvd software

I have HAD it with Windows DVD Maker! One million attempts and 2 million DVDs later, I officially am never using that program again. For HOURS (sometimes days) I wait on DVD's to burn and as SOON as it hits 99%, all of a sudden, there's an error? "REEAALLY!?" -Ari GoldouTou mean AFTER you've scared another one of my $1 disc so that I can't use it Anymore?

My favorite DVD making program is iDVD. Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac. Is there any program for the PC LIKE it? Menu design means ALOT to me, so please try to keep that in mind when offering opinions. Thank you very much in advance for your time and for allowing me to vent. Peace!
