Best C/Y to eos mount adapter?

Any body have experience with these adapters? I have a Carl Zeiss Planar T* 50mm f/1.7 and want to use it on my eos mount dslr, I was curious what adapters you would recommend? I find the whole thing quite confusing as they range in price from $15 all the way up to $200 what is the difference between these? Thanks in advance

I picked up a few AF confirm adapters off ebay that work well.
They were not that expensive.

ive have a fotodiox C/Y to eos adapter that works well and does its job fine, my only complaint was that the little locking pin or whatever you want to call it got rounded off and stopped working, so the lens wasnt completely secured in the mount, but enough to not worry about it. ive heard of people having issues with light leaks. i think with the cheap adapters quality control isnt on par with the compabies producing high end adapters, so your going to have the occasional defect, but for the most part they should do their job.
