Best, Basic Overall Settings For 24p

I can't seem to find this anwhere on the site.
If I need to shoot in "a hurry" to catch something and I am shooting 24p Squeezed, what are the best basic settings to use to obtain decent results ?

And yes, I mean ALL the settings : )

if your shooting squeezed, you want to set your v detail freq. to thin to get the highest resolution possible.

The answer is different depending on a hundred variables. There's no magic "make my footage look good" buttion, especially considering the many, many uses to which you may be putting your camera.

But as Lake Films says, just stick with factory F5/F6.
