best AF100 camera settings for green screen shooting???

I'm receiving my Atomos Samurai tomorrow but I'd like to know what the best AF100 settings are for shooting green screen?
Detail? Vertical Detail? Knee?

In your experiences, what AF100 visual settings give you the cleanest chroma key results?
