I have captured 24pa from a DVX100b into Final Cut Pro 4 using the 2:3:3:2 removal--editing the sequence on a 23.98 fps timeline--but now I want to export the video footage in a format that will put back the pulldown and encode the data as a 24pa file.
I don't have compressor, so how do I export the video as original 24pa using Final Cut Pro 4 alone?
Do I export it as an uncompressed .AVI at a frame rate of 23.98fps? Do I export the film as a .MOV file at 23.98fps? My goal is to have a data version of the film that I can burn on a DVD, so that my client can view it. It's for local broadcast purposes.
